Delivery
Your order of natural clay pebble and aroma oil diffuser sets, exfoliating pebbles, and/or other products will be processed within 24 hours of payment being received. If there are any longer delays due to stock or shipping problems you will be contacted and notified of such.
The website will automatically calculate the shipping cost for each order. We reserve the right to change the shipping cost if it has been calculated incorrectly on the website.
Please note we must have a physical address to send orders to. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Orders will be left at your doorstep.
Privacy & Security
Rockaroma collects, retains and updates personal information about you which you provide both:
• directly, for example, by you sending us an email enquiring about information on the herb farm services or events, or to go on mailing lists; and
• indirectly through your use of this site and the services and functionality offered through it.

Returns & Changes
Your satisfaction is important to us, if you have a concern about the quality of your product please use the Contact page to email us with the reason you are dissatisfied. We will arrange the return of the faulty product with you.
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We do not refund any orders that are cancelled after they were shipped.
