NZ-wide shipping fees:
General shipping cost is $11.99. We frequently have specials where we offer free shipping for orders over $65 - the special will be added during check-out. We try to process your order as quickly as possible (within a day or two) and will let you know if there are delays. Shipping time is usually 2-3 business days.
Shipping to Australia:
We now offer cheaper shipping rates through our Australian website! Please visit: rockaroma.com.au
Shipping to USA:
For a limited time: $39 shipping on all orders up to $75, and FREE shipping on orders over $75! We ship within 2 working days; delivery time is for standard shipping and out of our control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We do not refund any orders that are cancelled or changed after being shipped unless they are faulty.
