Shipping Policy

NZ-wide shipping fees: General shipping cost is $11.99. We frequently have specials where we offer free shipping for orders over $50 - the special will be added during check-out. We try to process your order as quickly as possible (within a day or two) and will let you know if there are delays. Shipping time is usually 2-3 business days.

Shipping to Australia: For a limited time: $19 shipping on all orders! General shipping cost: $35. Please allow 5 weeks for delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We do not refund any orders that are cancelled or changed after being shipped unless they are faulty.
